Class Refund and Cancelation Policy

• All class registrations are non-refundable.

• Cancel 7+ days before class: You’ll receive store credit (valid for 12 months)

• Cancel less than 7 days: no credit (materials are ordered and seats are limited)

• Seat Transfers allowed: You may send someone in your place - notify us in advance.

• If we cancel: Full refund.

  “Tickets are required in advance; walk-ins may not be available.”

  “Please arrive 10 minutes early. Late arrivals may miss instructions and refunds are not available.”

Warranty

One year on material and workmanship. Items will be repaired, replaced or refunded at East Cozy Trading Co.’s discretion. Delivery and labor charges may apply. Misuse or abuse beyond normal wear is not covered. Only items we sell/sold will be covered.

Return Policy

Original receipt required. Stock items may be returned within 14 days for refund or store credit. Items must be in original condition. Returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. No returns on special order items. Items must be brought to store before return will be accepted.

Clearance Items 

All clearance items are sold “AS-IS”, “NO GUARANTEES”, NO CANCELATIONS, “NO REFUNDS”, NO EXCEPTIONS.
