Warranty

One year on material and workmanship. Items will be repaired, replaced or refunded at East Cozy Trading Co.’s discretion. Delivery and labor charges may apply. Misuse or abuse beyond normal wear is not covered. Only items we sell/sold will be covered.

Return Policy

Original receipt required. Stock items may be returned within 14 days for refund or store credit. Items must be in original condition. Returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. No returns on special order items. Items must be brought to store before return will be accepted.

Clearance Items 

All clearance items are sold “AS-IS”, “NO GUARANTEES”, NO CANCELATIONS, “NO REFUNDS”, NO EXCEPTIONS.

Delivery

We do not offer delivery at this time.

Consignment 

We do not offer consignment services.

Do you buy?

We do, but we pay for a blank canvas.

We fix broken furniture or modify it in such a way as to put our own creation forward. With that in mind, we do not buy pieces that makes you say, “but you don’t have to do anything to it”. The amount we offer can be offensive to some; we will put time energy and resources into changing it. If you know the value of the piece, we would love for you to sell it at that, if you think it’s a hunk of useless junk, let’s talk.
